ADM - There was a problem authenticating user on https://document.accessacloud.com web service URL! The login details you entered could not be verified!

Updated over 3 weeks ago
  1. Go to Access Evo/Acloud Website.

  2. Enter your email address for your Access Evo login and click Next

  3. Enter password

  4. If there is a Captcha prompt, usually in the form of a I'm not a Robot prompt then tick the box and answer any challenges

  5. Try Opening the launcher again.

If this works then Fantastic, else continue on.

It could be that the case that your Access Evo account does not have permission to access document. To check this, ask your Access Evo administrator to

  1. login to Access Evo/Acloud Website.

  2. go to Members.

  3. Find yourself/User with issue.

  4. Click the 3 dots in the in the Top right of the Member Car.

  5. Click Manage Roles.

  6. Find Document in list and give an appropriate level of access.
