On the machine that has the templates, go to the AppData location, usually C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\AccessAccountingLtd\AccessOfficeIntegration\[Your Version]. Copy these three files: AccessAccounts.AccessAnalytics.UserTemplates, AccessAccounts.ExcelTemplates.UserTemplates, and AccessAccounts.WordTemplates.Templates. Also go to the AccessDimensions folder in the same AppData location and copy the file AccessAccounts.ExcelTemplates.Definitions. On the new machine's AppData, after installing and registering AOI, paste the four files into their respective locations and overwrite the existing files. The new machine's AOI will now show the saved templates in the 'Existing Template' drop-down during template creation.
