Copy invoice emails are not sending

There is a folder located in the install folder of the location of the application. This holds the invoice in PDF format, Please check that this has the E-mail that you are trying to create.

The name of this folder is usually in C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\versionnumber\E-Mail Reports

If your document is in the folder above but with a size of 0KB it is possible that you may have issues with your Access PDF Printer. This printer is only designed to be used when sending E-mail and it may be someone has tried to print to it directly. Please get your IT to check the print spool is clear for this printer.
