Cannot open documents

This issue can happen when user has multiple products (Acrobat and Reader) installed on their machine. To fix repair pdf reader.

  1. Click on Windows + S.

  2. Type Add Or Remove Programs.

  3. Click Add Or Remove Programs.

  4. Type Adodb.

  5. Select your PDF viewer.

  6. Click Modify.

  7. Select Repair Installation and follow instructions.
