Error: 'The Server license key does not match the Local license key'

This error indicates that the local licence on your machine does not match the licence held on your central server. When you click OK, the window for your licences should open to allow you to rectify this.

If the window does not open, this can by reached by clicking the red Access button in the Ribbon and then clicking Change Registration Details.

If using the Classic View or Module Menus, it can be reached by clicking Info, Change Registration Details.

On the License Check Window;

1. You should see two red arrows facing up and down next to each other. Click on the arrow facing upwards to Upload Local License to Server (or, if the licence on your server has a later expiry date than your local one), you can download to your local machine using the down arrow. .

2. Click on the green tick to Save your changes.
