Unable to edit Company Details on the system tab

Updated over a week ago

This could be one of two things

  1. Permissions based - would need to check the relevant Security Profile (System Control, Records, Company and ensure Edit is enabled)

  2. The licence is a demo licence and company details cannot be editted (could either be on a test database or an incorrect licence)

If the permissions are enabled then please request a new licence stating the issue to the Despatch team - [email protected]
