If you are an Access-hosted customer, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details about which customer or supplier needs a different invoice or report template.

If you are not hosted, then please follow the below steps:
Click Debtors or Creditors then click Edit.
Click the Right Scroll button several, to move the column of the Customer/Supplier window as far as it can go.
Click the Clip icon beside the Document Settings field.
Under Report Template, click Standard and change the field to the alternate report you will use for that customer/supplier.
Click Save.
This will only need to be done once for each customer or supplier, and all printing from then on will use the specified report.

If they do not have the tools to do so, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of the report that needs to be produced. Depending on the complexity of the report, it may be referred to consultancy and would then be chargeable.
