Error - 'MyDesk failed to launch your application. Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact your administrator.' (Access Hosted Clients)

Please log out of Access Evo, clear your browser's cookies and cache (Shift + F5), and apply any Citrix updates.

  1. On the bottom taskbar on your local machine click the up arrow ( ^ ) and then right-click on the blue and white Citrix icon and check for updates.

  2. If there is an update, close out of the Access Evo, install the update and restart your computer.

  1. Then log back into Access Evo.
