As Dimensions is a period based system, the Trial Balance screen is set up to view by period and year only.
There is a report available within Dimensions that allows you to view Trial Balances by date instead.
To run this report:
Click Financials, ACR
Scroll down and select the report Trial Balance as at
You will be prompted to enter the date, along with whether to include Zero balance accounts or not.
Click OK.
