Assistance to un-allocate transactions (fully allocated)

Users are only able to un-allocate and re-allocate transactions into a later period.

It is possible for support to fully un-allocate a transaction, so that it can be re-allocated by the user to an earlier period, so please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article, please include if known, the audit references for the transaction involved.

It will also be necessary carry out the investigation and correction on a copy of the database before being applied to the live database. If the database is not hosted by Access, please include details of how to obtain a copy of the database.
