Users are only able to un-allocate and re-allocate transactions into a later period.

It is possible for support to fully un-allocate a transaction, so that it can be re-allocated by the user to an earlier period, our support team will need to investigate, run scripts or liaise with the hosting or development teams. It will also be necessary carry out the investigation and correction on a copy of the database before being applied to the live database. If the database is not hosted by Access, please include details of how to obtain a copy of the database.
