If a user has forgotten their password, an administrator can reset it in Dimensions.
Log in to Dimensions using the SA or another administrator account.
Click System Control.
Click User Records.
Click the relevant user in the list.
Click Options.
Click Edit.
Enter the new password.
Click OK.
