You can add multiple trading currencies to your database. Your Dimensions licence must include the Multi-Currency feature.
Add a currency
Click the System tab.
In the Currency section of the ribbon, click Currencies.
In the Window section of the ribbon, click Insert.
Click the red text in the top-left box and select either EU Currency or Non-EU Currency.
Click the red text in the top-right box and select either Direct Rate or Triangulated Rate.
Enter a currency symbol.
Enter a Nominal Suffix. This must be a three-digit number and cannot be used by any other trading currency.
Press the Tab key. A window appears showing the default nominal codes that will be created for this currency.
Click the Save icon.
Click the magnifying glass next to ISO Code. Double-click the desired code in the window that opens.
Optionally, add a description.
In the Window section of the ribbon, click Save.
After saving, the system shows a reminder to set up an exchange rate for the new currency.
Set an exchange rate
Click the System tab.
In the Currency section of the ribbon, click Rate Maintenance.
If you just created a currency, a rate line for it has already been created.
Click the rate line you want to set.
Click the Edit icon at the top of the window.
Enter the relevant information, then click the Save icon.
The new currency rate is now configured.
