When choosing a printer in Dimensions, duplicate entries appear as 'Printer name (Redirected 2)'. Follow these steps to remove them. These steps must be carried out by your IT team.

Take a backup of the computer registry.
On the computer, press the Windows key.
Type regedit and press Enter.
Go to HKEY_USERS\[User SID]\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Devices.
Remove the redirected printer entries from the list.
Check in Dimensions to confirm the duplicate printers have been removed.
If they still appear, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\PrinterPorts.
Remove the redirected printer entries from there too.
Check in Dimensions again to confirm the printers have been removed.
