When selecting a printer to choose within Dimensions, if you have multiple options for the same printer, they will show as 'Printer name(Redirected 2)'.
To remove duplicate printer entries:
Please contact your IT team as these steps need to be done by them.
Take a backup of the computer registry.
On the computer, press the Windows key.
Type regedit
Navigate to
HKEY_USERS\<User Sid>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\DevicesRemove the redirected printer entries within the list.
Check in Dimensions to see if the printers have been removed from the list.
If they still show, navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\PrinterPortsRemove the redirected printer entries from there too.
Check in Dimensions to see if the printers have been removed from the list.
