If Excel is prompting for a password to use with AOI, enter the password from the Data Connections window of AOI Administrator — for example the SA account or Hosting Admin credentials. If you have recently upgraded to Hosted Dimensions 3.0 or the latest version of AOI, use the password provided by the consultant who upgraded your version. If you don't know the password, contact support.
