This error is caused by Security Profile set up in your main product, such as Dimensions. To check all necessary access has been granted:

In Dimensions, click **System**, then click **Security Profile**.

Select the **Security Profile** the user is on.

Ensure all requirements necessary are <b>enabled</b>.
