Unlock keys are emailed to you. Check your inbox to make sure you haven't already received one. If your company has an account administrator, they may need to check their inbox.
If you're unable to locate your unlock key, our support team will need to investigate, run scripts or liaise with the hosting or development teams. If you have trouble contacting us, see Get support in Dimensions.
