The Users option, on the Security Profiles window, enables you to see which Users are assigned to the currently selected security profile.

Once your system is up and running, you should be very careful about moving Users from one profile to another. It is better to ensure that Users are not currently logged in to the system before making changes, but if they are then they will need to log out before the changes will become effective.

The User Profiles window is in two parts: Users already assigned to the profile are shown on the right-hand side, whilst other Users are listed on the left. The order of the lists can be changed by clicking on the column headings.

You can change the Users that are assigned to the profile by selecting them and clicking the arrowhead buttons to move them from one list to the other.

The changes are saved automatically and will take effect the next time the Users log in to the accounts.
