Reports for Works Orders are available from Transactions and also from Records.

An Access Crystal Reports option is available so that reports can be provided as required.

Selecting a report from either menu will open a Report Output window to enable you to select the output destination for the report.

The toolbar functions at the top of the Report Output window enable you to select the output destination for the report. If you have printed to Screen, you may then print the displayed report by using the 'P' at the top right of the report.

this produces a list of all the Route records including a list of the Stages and the Route Notes. The Simple Search option can be used to restrict the list to a range of Route codes.

this produces a list of all the assembly type stock records that have a Route assigned. Use the Simple Search option to enter criteria to search by Assembly Stock Code; Route; Duration; Minimum Build Quantity and Batch Build Quantity. You can use Sort Order option to change the sequence in which the report is printed and add Subtotals on key fields.

this produces a list of assembly stock items that are currently being used in active Works Orders including the quantities required, issued and outstanding. The Simple Search option can be used to restrict the list to a range of Stock codes. The report is sorted and subtotalled by Stock Code.

this report lists the outstanding, batched Sales Orders for stock items that can be manufactured but for which no works order has been created or assigned. Use the Simple Search option to enter criteria to search by Stock Code, Stock Sort Key; Customer; Priority; Required by date and Route. You can use Sort Order option to change the sequence in which the report is printed and add Subtotals on key fields.

this report shows the outstanding works orders, detailing issued components and outstanding costs. The output window includes the option to Show Top Level only which, if selected, will limit the report to top level works orders and will not include any related child works orders. Use the Simple Search option to enter criteria to search by Works Order number; Stock Code, Stock Sort Key; Works Order Sort Key; Estimated Finish Date and Priority. You can use Sort Order option to change the sequence in which the report is printed and add Subtotals on key fields.

this report details outstanding Works Orders, initially sub-totalled by Route and then by Stage, enabling you to see the work-load per stage. Use the Simple Search option to enter criteria to search by Stage; Route; Finished Goods; Stock Code; Works Order number; Works Order Sort Key; Parent Works Order number; Required by date and Priority. You can use Sort Order option to change the sequence in which the report is printed and add Subtotals on key fields.

this report will list the outstanding materials requirement for existing works orders thus providing a materials short fall statement for outstanding works orders. Use the Simple Search option to enter criteria to search by Route; Works Order number; Top Level Works Order number; Material Stock Code; Finished Goods code; Stock Sort Key; Required by date and Priority. You can use Sort Order option to change the sequence in which the report is printed and add Subtotals on key fields.

this report provides an analysis of completed Works Orders detailing the variances between Actual and Estimated costs with a split between Material costs and Labour Costs. Use the Simple Search option to enter criteria to search by Stock Code; Works Order number and Top Level Works Order number. You can use Sort Order option to change the sequence in which the report is printed and add Subtotals on key fields.

this report lists Works Orders that are currently Work in Progress but where the End Date has been exceeded. Use the Simple Search option to enter criteria to search by Works Order number; Top Level Works Order number; Stock Code; End Date; Works Order Sort Key; Priority and Route. You can use Sort Order option to change the sequence in which the report is printed and add Subtotals on key fields.

this report is a summary of the values written-off when completing and cancelling works orders. The report includes an actual cost summary and the profit and loss write off account. Use the Simple Search option to enter criteria to search by Works Order number; Top Level Works Order number; Stock Code; Analysis Code; Nominal Debit Account; Project Code; Cost Centre Code; Sub Analysis and Serial Number. You can use Sort Order option to change the sequence in which the report is printed and add Subtotals on key fields.

this report lists all the transactions that have been input since the last Not Yet Printed report for the Works Order module was printed to a printer, or to file, and flagged as updated. The report will be sorted by Works Order number. When the report is printed to printer or file you will be prompted with the option to update the transactions as printed. You must print and update the Not Yet Printed report before records can be purged.
