WO Creation Wizard - (Build for Stock) Suggested Quantities
This is the fifth window of the Works Order Creation Wizard when the Building for Stock method has been selected. See New Works Order.
On this window you can view the production quantities suggested by the system.
You can untick Stock items to prevent them progressing to the Works Order generation.
Review the suggested quantities and press Next.

Suggested Quantities
The quantity detail is displayed in tabular format and includes the following information.
Requirement
This is the quantity entered as the requirement when the stock items were selected.
In Stock
The quantity displayed here will be Physical or Free stock, depending on the 'Show Quantity as' setting selected in Stock Options.
Free WIP
This is the quantity of the stock item that is available on other Works Orders that could be utilised to fulfil the requirement.
Suggested
This is the build quantity, suggested by the wizard, that will fulfil the requirement. This quantity takes into account the rules you have selected and the information you have provided.
Min Stock / Max Stock
These quantities are for information only, to show the minimum and maximum stock levels set on the Stock records.
Min Build / Batch Qty
These quantities are taken from the BoM on the Stock record and are for information only.
Over Build
This is the quantity by which the suggested quantity exceeds the requirement. The suggested quantity may result in an over build if you have specified production rules that have to be met.
Command buttons
The Next and Back buttons, at the foot of the windows, are used to move through the wizard.
If you use the Back button and then return to this window, the list will be rebuilt and any changes you had made to the selections will be lost.
This is based on the assumption that you moved back through the wizard to amend the rules or add supplementary information.
The Cancel button can be used to cancel the process and close the wizard.
