Selecting this option will open the Works Order Creation Wizard. The purpose of this wizard is to assist you with the generation of Works Orders for your production schedule.

Select the method to be applied when estimating stock requirements and generating Works Orders.

Selecting this option will take you through the process of examining your outstanding Sales Orders and generating the works orders needed to produce the stock to fill those orders.

You will be able to specify the products you wish to build. The wizard will then take you through the process of creating the Works Orders you need to build the stock you require.

Selecting this option will take you through the process of examining the current stock level situation and generating Works Orders to bring the stock levels up to the required quantities based on the maximum and minimum stock levels from the stock records. See WO - Stock Levels.

The subsequent wizard steps are dependant on the method you have selected. If you return to this window and select a different method, all previous selections made within the wizard, and any processes undertaken, will be ignored.
