Clicking the Profit function displays a window showing a summary of the profitability of the currently displayed Stock Record.

The figures are for the current Nominal Ledger Period and current Nominal Ledger Year.

This window will only show information where the Stock item or Price item has been sold. Until the moment of sale, there is only potential profit, not actual profit.

All figures are based on Orders which have been Delivered/Invoiced, i.e. Batched Orders are not included.

Click on this drill down to view the related transactions in the Stock Profit Enquiry window. Please note that the Stock Profit Enquiry window displays the transactions according to the Sales Ledger Period and Year.
