These reports enable more columns of information to be printed on a page. They are printed in Landscape, and require the printer to be capable of scaling the printout.

The exact scaling required will depend on the Printer, but a suitable starting point is 80%. If your printer does not support scaling, you may be able to achieve some reduction in printing size by changing Fonts.

To set the scaling, select Page Setup, and then Options.

A Wide report is available for the Nominal, Sales and Purchase ledgers. It is equivalent to the All Transactions report for each module.

Show Additional Details An extra option is available on the wide reports, to add further details to the report.
