The Ribbon Bar organises program features into a series of tabs at the top of the window. Each tab contains groups of congruent features.

The User Toolbar can be used with any navigation style. It is User configurable and displayed below the menu bar of the window.

The User Toolbar can be turned off.

Access to and configuration of the User Toolbar can be restricted by amending the User's Security Profile.

When installed, Dimensions defaults to displaying the Ribbon Bar and the User Toolbar. The system default setting is found by clicking on the Application Button and selecting Navigation Style from the menu.

The system default setting for the menus is found on the System Format tab.
