Transaction Broker is a middleware application that enables you to transfer data automatically from a third party system into an Access Accounts datafile.

Using Transaction Broker you can link Accounts datafiles to multiple third party databases simultaneously, scanning them for transactions that fit user-defined selection criteria. All the transactions which meet those criteria are then brought into the target datafile.

Transaction Broker then flags those transactions as being updated to Access Accounts so that they are not imported repeatedly.

Transaction Broker can also be used to link your E-Commerce Web site to your Access Accounts software, enabling you to download orders from the Web and update them into your Access Accounts, as illustrated in the following diagram.
