Nominal Account List
Report Title
The default Report Title is shown, and you may overwrite this with any title that you want.
Language
You can select the language for this report. If other languages are being used, and you have entered other language names for the Nominal Accounts, then these will be used as appropriate. If an account does not have an entry for a language which is selected, then the report will use the English Name by default.
Show report with :-
Click the information you wish to add to the report.
Full Description - Full descriptions for each Account Code.
Financial Info - Include Account Balances and Movement figures. If this is selected, two further selection panels are displayed for Currency and Period/Year.
Bank Only - Excludes all Nominal Accounts that are not flagged as Bank Accounts when selected.
Show Subtotals - Only Available if show Financial Info is selected and a Subtotal option is selected on the Sort Order/Subtotal window.
If Financial Info is selected:
Home values - Shows all records with Home values.
Home and Currency - Shows all records with Home and Currency values.
Currency Values - Shows Currency records only with Currency values.
As at Period - The Detailed Trial Balance report can be printed ‘As at’ any period, for Last, Current or Next Years.
