This option is available in the Credit Control module only. It enables you to print a list of promised payments. The report only contains Customers with Payments Promised dates and values. It does not include Zero balance Customers.

Please note that the default search excludes accounts over their credit limit and accounts that are on stop. Open the Simple Search window to include these accounts.

A Payments Promised report can be printed from the Reports menu. This report is a list of Customers who have promised payments together with the date and value of those payments. The report does not include Customers with a zero balance.

A Report Output selection window will be displayed for you to tailor the report and select the output destination.

Simple Search is available and can be used to include Customers who are over their Credit Limit or On Stop or both.

You can select to print the list in Home Values, Home and Currency or Currency Values.

Notes and User Keys can be included.

The account balances and the promised payment values contained in the list are totalled at the end of the report.

The report is sorted by Code. You change the sort order and add subtotals to the list by clicking on Sort Order button on toolbar.
