Customer - Paysuite Maintenance
This window provides the Paysuite Maintenance options for a customer. These enable you to create a customer in Paysuite, update customer details in Paysuite, and create (Direct Debit) Contracts in Paysuite.
If the customer has not been set up in Paysuite yet, then the Paysuite values will be empty on the Customer tab. The Create Access Paysuite Customer button will be available.
The customer tab has the following columns:
Field - the name of the customer information field
Invalid - will contain Yes if the field content is invalid or missing. Mandatory fields are: Name, Email, Address lines 1 and 2, Postcode, Contact details, Bank account name, Bank sort code and Bank account number. Account numbers must be 8 digits and sort codes 6 digits (after removing hyphens).
Match - will contain No if the Dimensions value does not match the Paysuite value (this is a case insensitive match).
Dimensions value - the content of the field in Dimensions
Access Paysuite value - the content of the field in Paysuite (initially all empty)
You must go back and enter any missing fields, or correct any invalid fields, before trying to create the customer in Paysuite.
When the data is complete and valid, use the Create Access Paysuite Customer button to send the information to Paysuite. If all the data is accepted by Paysuite, then the Paysuite value column will be populated for all the relevant fields. If Paysuite returns an error, please correct the relevant data and try again.
If any of the customer details subsequently change in Dimensions, this window can be used to send the updated details to Paysuite, using the Update Access Paysuite Customer button.
Having created the customer in Paysuite, the Contracts tab can be opened, and the Create Access Paysuite Contract button used to create new contract details. The tab contains two lists:
A list of contracts showing Reference, Status and Start Date
A list of fields and their values for the currently selected contract
All the contract data displayed here is retrieved from Paysuite - there is no corresponding data in Dimensions.
