Where to change Terms

Once you have found the Customer or Supplier record:

  1. Click on Edit

  2. Click on Terms icon (second from top left)

  3. If the Custom box is not ticked, tick it so it allows you to change terms (at bottom of window)

  4. This will then allow you to edit their terms and all of the corresponding fields on this screen

  5. Once you are happy with the changes, Close the terms window, then Save the record
