When entering an order, the terms that you have set up for the selected Customer or Supplier will be used. However, you can modify these for each individual order. Any modifications that you make will apply to the current order only; they will not apply to the next or any subsequent orders. The standard terms recorded for the Customer or Supplier will not be changed.

When entering Purchase Orders, you can enter a Delivery Method using the Terms button. You can enter the default Delivery Method you wish your Supplier to use on this Terms window. You can delete this, or type in an alternative: Whatever is shown here will be printed on the Order documents.
