The reason for this error is because the Outlook office version is 64 bit.
To resolve this will require installing a 32 bit Microsoft Outlook application suite.
To confirm which office version is running:
Open Microsoft Outlook.
In the top left, click File.
Click Office Account.
At the top there is information about the version of Outlook followed by either 32-bit or 64 -bit.
