The Crystal Report template location can be found in the following local file location on the machine: C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\DimensionsVersion\ACD\SQL.
Invoice templates all start 'invoice', so please check both Invoice1.rpt or Invoice2.rpt
Sales order delivery is called delivery.rpt
Sales order confirmation is called SOPConfm.rpt.
