For Excel Template:
In Excel, go to the Access tab.
Select the required data connection
Select an active cell from the Excel sheet.
Click refresh in Excel Templates.
For Access Analytics:
In Excel, go to the Access tab.
In the Analytics sections
Select the required data connection
Select an active cell from the excel sheet.
Click refresh.
In some instances it may be necessary to show the Data Sheet to ensure that the Data Range being analysed in the pivot table includes any new data.
