Error - 'An error occurred whilst saving the registration details. An error occurred whilst creating the AOI registration database...'

This issue is caused by NOT using the System Admin credentials when applying the licence to register AOI.
To resolve, the System Admin credentials must be used.

Alternatively, if this does not work with the System Admin either, ensure that this works on the SQL server directly to eliminate any server connection issues which may be blocking the machine connecting to the SQL server.

Error - 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' occurs when opening AOI Administrator
