Method one via Enquiry Window:
Open a sales or Purchase enquiry window.
Find the transaction being disputed.
Right-click on the transaction.
Select 'View Transaction'.
Press Edit.
Tick Disputed.
Press save.
A note will automatically be added to the transaction with your user name as well as the time and date, and a * will appear next to the transaction in the allocation window.
Method two via Allocation Window:
Open Sales or Purchase Allocation screen.
Enter customer or supplier account.
Press Display.
Highlight the transaction to be put on the dispute.
Tick the Disputed box at the bottom of the screen.
Press the green tick.
Confirm the transaction is disputed.
A note will automatically be added to the transaction with your user name as well as the time and date, and a * will appear next to the transaction in the allocation window.
