Change the company email address in my invoice template

How to change the company email address:

  1. Log into Dimensions as a user with System Admin access, enabling the editing of the company details.

  2. On the System tab, click Company. The Company window appears.

  3. In the ribbon at the top, click Address.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Select the address that needs editing from the list.

  6. Edit the company email address

  7. If required, to set the Default Order Address, select the check box.

  8. Once done click Save.

Note: Sometimes the address is entered in the crystal document itself, and you will need to edit the crystal document and make the relevant changes.
