Before you can install the Import Utility, you will need the installation files. We would advise speaking to your IT team first as they may be able to provide you with these. Otherwise, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
To install Import Utility;
Open the installation files
Right click on Setup and choose Run as Administrator
Click Import Utility
Note: some versions (e.g. 2.50K and below) will require running in a compatible version of the Browser you're using
Click on Import Utility under the Installation header
Click on Install Import Utility
Select Run
Select Yes
Select Next
Enter the User Name and Organization
Select Next
Select Next (in addition before selecting Next you can change the Destination Folder location of the application once installed by clicking on the Change button option)
Select Install
Select Finish
The Import Utility should now have installed successfully.
