The range of transaction types that you can select is dictated by your Security Profile settings for the Suggest Payments screen.

To view and amend the related settings, assuming you have the required permissions to view and edit Profiles:
If you use the Ribbon menu style, click System, User Records.
If you use the Classic/Module menu style, from the navigation bar, click System Control, Users, User Records
Locate and select the relevant user you wish to view/amend settings for.
In the Profile column, note the Profile they belong to.
Close the list of users window.
If you use the Ribbon menu style, click Profiles. Click Next until you reach the Profile name noted earlier.
If you use the Classic/Module menu style, from the navigation bar, System Control, Users, Security Profiles.
Click Next until you reach the Profile name noted earlier.
Click Purchase Ledger, Transactions, Suggested Payments
The right hand window will then show the features available to users that belong to the Profile. If either of the Stage One Authorisation or Stage Two Authorisation options are disabled, then users will not be able to select the All Transactions option in the Suggested Payments screen
To make changes, click Edit
To change them to the required settings, click either Enabled or Disabled as required.
Click Save.
Ask users to log out and back in to Dimensions to pick up the revised settings.
