It should be noted that we do not support the 2.50 range of Dimensions software on the Windows 10 operating system as the software is not compatible. As this is the case, if you are running 2.50 version of Dimensions on a Windows 10 operating system we cannot guarantee that this will work as expected.

We strongly recommend that you contact your account manager or CSM regarding upgrading your Dimensions software if you are still running a Dimensions version from the 2.50 range of versions (2.50a - 2.50l).

However prior to upgrading your software, there are a number of steps that you can take which may allow this to work for printing and emailing:
Ensure that the user running Dimensions is an administrator of the PC (ensure that Dimensions is run using right-click, run as administrator)
Re-install Dimensions on the computer - ensuring that you do so as a Domain Administrator
Setup the Access PDF printer manually
