To resolve this error message:
On your computer, navigate to the Dimensions installation Accounts folder.
Find the CRM.INF file.
Use Notepad to edit the file. This file can be used to customise the CRM module.
Each line consists of an identifier in square brackets, followed by a tab, and then the value to be assigned to that identifier. Lines beginning with a single quote are ignored. Identifiers are:
[PREFIX] Only items beginning with these characters will appear in the picking list,
Interested In list and Classification list.
[AFD_LOC] The location of an external DLL for postcode searching
[AFD_PROC] The procedure name to use within the above DLL
[SIC_CODES] A flag (0 or 1) indicating whether SIC Codes are to be used.
[LETTERS] The name of a dataset containing letters
[ENDUSER] Restricts searching to records which have this value in User Sort Key 3
[LOCKDOWN] Restricts operation to dealer codes matching this value
[BARCODE] The name of a Barcode printer used for printing barcode labels, e.g. DYMO LabelWriter 400

In order to solve the issue, in the [BARCODE] line, please enter the name of the barcode printer to be used for printing labels. This must match exactly the name listed in devices and printers.
Save the changes to the CRM.INF file.
Try printing the label(s) again.
