To ensure Data Checker is not already installed on your local machine, the following checks can be carried out:
Please check to see if the Data Checker icon appears on your desktop.
Please go to Control Panel, Programs and Programs and Features to see if Data Checker appears in the list of local installs on your machine.
If Data Checker is not visible after carrying out the above checks then in regards to installing it, we would advise for you to speak to your IT first, they should then provide you with the install file or you can contact Support (with their consent) and be supplied with the file via FTP.
To install Data Checker;
Open the file folder
Run setup as Administrator
Click Data Checker
Note: Some versions (e.g. 2.50K and below) will require running in a compatible version of the Browser you're using
Click on Data Checker under the Installation header
Click on Install Data Checker
Select Run
Select Yes
Select Next
Enter the User Name and Organization
Select Next
Select Next (in addition before selecting Next you can change the Destination Folder location of the application once installed by clicking on the Change button option)
Select Install
Select Finish
Data Checker should now have installed successfully.
