When Dimensions sends emails via MAPI, it uses your local installation of Outlook. If Outlook is configured to block third-party applications from sending email, it shows this warning.
This is an Outlook security feature. You can disable it within Outlook — refer to the relevant Microsoft support pages for the steps. Consult your IT team before changing any security settings. Alternatively, switch to sending emails from Dimensions via SMTP. See Set up email.
