Once a period is closed, transactions cannot be posted into it. The only option is to restore the database to a point before the period end was run. Once restored, the period is open again and the transaction can be posted. Ask your Database Administrator or IT service provider to perform the restore using either SQL Server Management Studio or Dimensions Administrator. Ensure all users are logged out of Dimensions before the restore begins.
