Once a period has been closed transactions can no longer be posted into it. The only option would be to restore the database to before running the period end.
This means that the user would then be able to post the transaction to the period in question as it is now open again.
We recommend that either the Database Administrator or I.T Service Provider restore the database. They can perform this process using the SQL Server Management Studio or alternatively, they can use Dimensions Administrator.
Please ensure that all users are logged out of Dimensions Accounts at the time of the restore.
