This transaction has been partially rolled back during a crash and is awaiting reposting. It cannot be edited.

Rollback transactions are a design feature in Dimensions, and part of the Dimensions posting process. When posting a transaction Dimensions goes through several steps updating various values, and as it does so, it uses a the rollback status to "remember" how far it's got. Think of it like a bookmark. If at any point Dimensions crashes, is forced to quit, you have a network outage, or an issue with the server, and the posting of a transaction is interrupted, the "rollback" status will remain on the transaction, so Dimensions knows not to duplicate actions it's already taken the next time you try and post a transaction.

Once a transaction is in a rollback state, the only option is to post it at this point. You will not be able to edit the transaction, and if ultimately it is no longer wanted, you'll need to post a reversing transaction. Simply double-click the transaction in the batch, and "green tick" as you normally would. Dimensions will pick up from the book marked action, and finish posting.

It's worth noting, the rollback status should not be removed by support or anyone else in the database, as this almost always leads to data corruption as Dimensions will repeat actions already carried out.
