The common reasons for an order not displaying in the batch, are because:
You have customers on stop or hidden.
The box to only show orders with allocated stock is ticked.
Both these options can be toggled on/off on the right-hand side of the batch window.
This issue can also be caused by the multi-user flags not clearing, resulting in the order not being available in the batch, as the system thinks it is in use by someone else. There is more information available about how to clear multi-user flags.
Another reason that could cause orders not showing in the batch, is if the estimate was raised with the probability of 0.00%.
