At the time of writing this article, Dimensions does not support the following email technologies:
DKIM
DMARC
MTA-STS
Dimensions does support:
SPF record inclusion (through DNS amendment)
There are plans to develop this area further, however there are no specific timescales as yet.
Unfortunately it is not as simple as turning on DKIM, as it effectively stops us sending emails from the application, pretending to be from the customer's mail server.
The current plan is to support SMTP smart host, which will allow Dimensions to root emails via the customer's own SMTP server.
The workaround for the time being is to use a different domain, or a sub-domain to send emails from Dimensions.
