If you can connect to the Access Gateway but when you launch Dimensions and enter you login credentials, you get the following error

βRemoteApp Disconnected
βRemote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of the these reasons:
1) Remote access to the server is not enabled
2) The remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on the network

Make sure that the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network and that remote access is enabled.
Then please check that the username is in the following format when presented at time of launching the application in the Access Remote Gateway.
Cloud\DMxxxxUsername
as we have found that if leaving off the Cloud\ can cause this message to occur.
