What is the ERP support policy?
To enhance the security and performance of your Access software, we're streamlining our approach to product version support. Continuing to use outdated and unsupported software and components poses potential security and maintenance issues for you, our customers we value and Access itself. In light of this, we've decided to discontinue support for older product versions.
We strongly advise you to consider upgrading to the latest version of the relevant product, as we detailed below. This not only ensures ongoing support from Access but also guarantees compatibility with third-party vendors providing software components for our products.
The information on this page outlines the support policy for Access software products falling under the jurisdiction of the ERP division. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to maintain the highest standards of security and performance for your Access software.

Support levels
Discover the different levels of support we have:
Full support: The most recent software versions, where we offer full support to make your software work as it should. All issues and bugs go through a prioritisation method where we will fix the most impactful first. We may not fix the low priority or we may consider for future releases.
Diagnostic support: Recent but not the latest software versions, where we support configuration, troubleshooting and basic changes. We won't commit to making enhancements or alterations to the product.
Extended diagnostic support: As above although with a limited agreement and a view to move versions at the end of the period.
