Error - 'Sorry, you cannot go to the Nominal Ledger as there is a transaction frozen in this ledger!'

To unfreeze the transaction try pressing CTRL+U. This should then return you to the previously frozen transaction allowing you to then continue.

Alternatively, you can try the following:

Ribbon style menu:

  1. Select Home on the main menu bar

  2. Press the Unfreeze button


Module Menu / Classic style menu:

  1. Select Info on the main menu bar

  2. Select the Un-freeze option
