Change a user's name and or email address (Access Hosted Clients)

A guide on how to change a Hosted Users name or email address.

For hosted instances of Dimensions version 3 or later, currently this change can only be done by Access.

The Evo Members Change Name or Change Email should not be used.

Please contact Access Support instead requesting the change and include user's previous name, email address and Dimensions current User Name and User ID, together with the new name and or email address.

Support will need to liase with the Development team..
