This happens when no data source is set, preventing Refresh Data from pulling through your value added tax (VAT) period data. Follow these steps to set the data source.
On the right of the data source area, click the edit pencil icon.
Select your Dimensions data source.
If your database appears, select the database.
Click Save.
Your page will reload. You may need to specify your obligation again, then click Refresh Data — this will populate the central area with your VAT figures.
